an educator, tubist and composer. After receiving degrees from Tennessee Tech, Arkansas State and North Texas, he returned to West Virginia in 2007. He is currently the band director at Ravenswood High School and Middle School in the Jackson County School District. Dr. Tignor is an Adjunct Professor at Marietta College and an actively performance in the region and composes in his free time.
